Vortex ("we", "us") operates the trading analytics platform at vortextrade.com. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.
We collect your email address, name, and the trade data you log in our platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your trade data is used solely to provide the Vortex analytics service — pattern detection, Mirror Moment analysis, and performance tracking. AI analysis is processed using Anthropic and Groq APIs. No raw trade data is stored by these providers.
All data is stored in encrypted databases hosted in the EU/US. We use industry-standard security practices including JWT authentication and bcrypt password hashing.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].
